RETURNS:
We have a 14-day store credit/return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5614 Patterson Ave. Richmond, Va 23226.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Any fees associated with shipping a returned package back to Madras must be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.

In Store Returns
Returns may be made in-store to 5807 Patterson Ave, Richmond VA 23226 within 14 days of purchase. No return fee applies with valid proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued as store credit for use on our website only; meaning no store credit will be towards The Shops at 5807.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, it will be applied to your account.

SHIPPING:
We provide FREE Ground shipping for non-sale items to any address in the continental US via UPS and USPS on orders over $200. For orders under $200, shipping costs must be paid for by the buyer.
- Virginia sales tax is not applied to out of state deliveries.
- All purchases made after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Madras is not responsible for any package lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to select our UPS Signature option at checkout. This is our only insured method of shipping. And required for purchases over $500 and to apartment addresses.
