Shipping policy

We provide FREE Ground shipping for non-sale items to any address in the continental US via UPS and USPS on orders over $200.  For orders under $200, shipping costs must be paid for by the buyer. 

Virginia sales tax is not applied to out of state deliveries.

All purchases made after 3pm EST Monday - Friday will be processed the next business day. 

If you need your purchase by a certain date please specify in your order notes and select an expedited shipping service. We'll do everything we can to get it to you in time. Note: Carrier Delays Possible.

Madras is not responsible for any package lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to select our UPS Signature option at checkout. This is our only insured method of shipping. And required for purchases over $500 and to apartment addresses.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Any fees associated with shipping a returned package back to Madras must be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.
